Refund Policy

At Isle & Essence, we aim to provide an excellent experience in every service we offer. Please review our refund policy for the services below.

1. Weekly Lunches

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before delivery for a full refund or credit.

  • Missed Deliveries: No refunds will be issued for missed deliveries due to customer unavailability.

  • Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the meal quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or credits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

2. Catering

  • Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure catering services.

  • Cancellations:

    • More than 15 days before the event: 50% refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

    • Less than 15 days before the event: no refunds.

  • Changes to Order: Adjustments can be made up to 10 days before the event.

 

3. The Essence Box (Picnic/Intimate Box)

  • Cancellations: Cancel at least 5 days in advance for a full refund.

  • Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations: Non-refundable.

  • Quality Concerns: Report within 12 hours of delivery for review and possible credit.

 

4. Mini Solo Retreats (1-Day Retreats)

  • Payments: A full payment is required to secure your spot

  • Cancellations:

    • Up to 20 days before the retreat: refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

    • Less than 20 days before: non-refundable.

  • Transfer Option: Bookings may be transferred once to another retreat date (if available) with at least 72 hours’ notice.

 

5. Meal Plans (Weekly Prompts & Grocery Lists)

  • Digital Products: All sales are final and non-refundable once the plan has been sent.

  • Errors/Issues: If you receive an incomplete or incorrect plan, please contact us within 48 hours for correction or replacement.

 

6. Tutorials & Recipes

  • Digital Products: All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience access or download problems, we will provide technical support or re-issue the content.

 

7. Meal Prep (1–2 Meals per Day, Monday–Friday)

  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours before the first delivery of the week for a full refund.

  • Mid-Week Cancellations: Refunds are not available once the week has started.

  • Quality Concerns: Report within 24 hours of delivery for review and possible credit.

 

General Notes

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Isle & Essence reserves the right to issue store credit instead of cash refunds where applicable.
